Stuarts Draft Retirement Community and Christian Homes is owned and administered by two local families who are on site daily to guarantee that their residents are receiving the highest level of care and personal attention. We are motivated to please our clientele who are our neighbors and community members. In this small community, our professional reputations, built on years of service to seniors, are our greatest assets. We consistently demonstrate integrity, faithfulness, and a dedication to excellence in both Assisted Living and Independent Living care.

Meet Our Staff

Owner/CEO, Leland Brenneman, has 20 years of experience managing Christian Human Service Organizations, and is committed to excellence in elderly care.

Owner/Administrator, Rodney Martin, has 12 years experience as Administrator of Stuarts Draft Christian Home and Retirement Community. He has a heart for ministry to the elderly and ensures the highest quality assisted living care.

Administrator, Kathy Marshall, is a licensed Assisted Living Administrator whose 15 years of experience provide a solid foundation of support for both staff and residents.

Director of Nursing, Jenny Yancey R.N., manages a professional team of mature, experienced, certified nursing assistants in order to provide the highest quality of care for the Assisted Living residents.

On Call Doctor, Dr. Dennis Hatter, of Stuarts Draft Family Practice personally directs health care of each resident in assisted living, makes rounds to the residents' rooms to monitor their health, and is on call 24 hours a day.

Chaplain/Activities Coordinator, Karen Moore, is a certified activities director and coordinates social, spiritual and cultural activities for both the Assisted Living and Independent Living residents.

Director of Marketing, David Brenneman, has 4 years of public relations and marketing experience and helps provide a foundation for both internal and external communications.
